The attendee event forms are available for download. Please be sure to complete the liability release form and have it signed when you arrive and register. Hard copy forms now available for all 3 tournaments. The online PDF versions will be available Saturday May 7th around 3pm PST. The Online Tournament registration system will be ready 30 days prior to tournament date. You can see the tournaments that are currently being offered along with Division/Group codes. Pricing is listed in the PDF forms below. Be sure to register online first before selecting your tournament(s). Travel arrangements should be also made early to take advantage of available discounts before those deadlines occur.
