Biography
Sue Jennings, a Rokudan in Jujitsu, and Shodan in Taekwondo. In 2010 she was made Professor by the ShoshinRyu, and in 2017 was awarded Associate Professor by the AJI.
She has taught nationally for over 20 years, hosting clinics, camps, and helped host the 1997 JA Convention.
Sue has taught and promoted 7 students to black belt with the highest being a Sandan. Two of her students have dojos, one in Portland, OR and one in Seattle, WA.
She holds the title of Renshi (2003) and Shihan (2013) from Okugi by Prof. Tony Janovich.
Sue has also been editor of the JA national newsletter, the AJI national newsletter, and is the current Secretary of the Kodenkan DZR Alliance.
Her specialty is women’s self-defense.
