• 1975 –Started Nihon-ryu Jujitsu; Boxing, and Catch Wrestling

• 1982 – Started Shorin-ryu Karate and Shaolin Kung-fu

• 1984 – Started Judo with OJ Helvey

• 1990-1991 - Member of the ; Gold Medal in the World Shorin-ryu Championships 1991

• 1993 - 2000 Member of the . Competed in sport jujitsu throughout the 90’s; Team Captain ’96-2000;Gold Medals ’96 –’98 - 2000

• 1999-2001- - Japanese Wrestling/MMA Organization “Pancrase”

• 2000 - - Fighter of the year

• 2005 - – Defeating UFC Hall of Famer Dan “The Beast” Severn

• 2006-2008 - fought for Chuck Norris’
