Biography

​

Drill Sergeant Benjamin W. Rothrock, founder of Team Grizzly Jujitsu & Judo, holds black belts from American Combat Jujitsu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Grappler's Circle Russian Sambo, and Judo. Rothrock has also attained the Master Trainer certification from the Modern Army Combative Program, DS Rothrock served multiple tours of duty including Operations Noble Eagle, Iraqi Freedom, and Task Force Marshall.

Sensei Rothrock has an intense competition background, winning 1st in multiple state, regional, national, and even world championships in multiple combat sports, with over 20 Golds on his record. 

 

As a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, Sensei Rothrock  possesses an in depth knowledge of both the healing and combative aspects of Jujitsu.
